It is possible to shop in the online store only after registering the customer. Registration takes place as part of the ordering process. By registering, the customer gains access to the My Account section, where he can view an overview of his orders, links to download current versions of ordered plugins and where he can manage his account.


To place an order, you need to select the required plugin, add it to the shopping cart and select the method of payment. After sending the order, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order to the e-mail address specified. The order will be displayed in the My Account section, to which the customer will have access after logging in.


You can pay for the ordered plugin with the following payment methods:

  • card via the Stripe service – accepted cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express
  • PayPal online payment system or card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, American Express
  • by bank transfer to the account on the basis of the issued advance invoice

Plugin delivery

After successfully crediting the payment to our account, the customer will receive an e-mail message with a link to download the ordered plugin together with the attached invoice as a tax receipt. The plugin can also be downloaded after logging in from the My Account section.


All our plugins are licensed under GNU General Public License (GPL). You can read informatívny slovenský preklad GPL.

Plugin updates

The customer can use the basic license of the plugin for 1 domain or subdomain of the website or e-shop. For several domains or subdomains, the customer can choose the desired license variant. The customer gets the availability of updates for 1 year. The customer is informed about the released updated version of the plugin directly in the administrator environment of the e-shop, in which the plugin is installed and activated. Technical support

We provide technical support to customers by phone, online chat or via contact form and only for those plugins that are offered on the online store and when ordering plugins, the customer has subscribed to extended technical support. We do not provide technical support if the source code has been modified by the customer or another person.

Functionality and compatibility of plugins

We keep all our plugins functional and compatible with the latest versions of the WordPress platform and the WooCommerce plugin. Due to the fact that both systems are evolving rapidly, we cannot ensure the functionality of our plugins for older versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. For this reason, we recommend that customers pay sufficient attention to their updates.

Disclaimer of warranty

Every plugin offered on the online store is without guarantee of any kind. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damage, in particular direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, or other losses associated with use, caused by use or resulting from the inability to use our plugin.

Abandonment from the contract

Given that each plugin offered in the online store can be ordered free of charge before its purchase as a demo version for 30 days, and at the same time the plugin as electronic content is one of the exceptions to which, according to Act no. 102/2014 on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services under a distance contract or contract concluded outside the premises of the seller, the customer has no right to withdraw from the contract, the customer after the purchase of the plugin is not entitled to a refund for the purchased plugin.


The Client declares that he agrees in accordance with Art. § 7 par. 1 of Act no. 428/2002 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, that the seller processes and stores his personal data, in particular those that are necessary for the activities of the seller and processed them in all its information systems.

The customer grants the seller this consent for an indefinite period. The customer may revoke the consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing (e-mail, letter mail…). The consent will expire within 1 month from the delivery of the revocation of the consent by the buyer to the seller and the data will be subsequently deleted. The registered customer can update the personal data directly on the website of the online store after logging in.

The information that customers provide to us through the order form is used solely for the purpose of providing a specific service or product. The processed data will not be published, made available or provided to third parties.

We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions without the need to inform in advance. The current version of the terms and conditions will always be published on this page.

These business conditions come into force on June 8, 2020.
