OBERON – Agenda firmy is a comprehensive and modern accounting system for small and medium-sized companies. The system contains modules: simple and double-entry bookkeeping, stock records, cash register, wages and attendance, hotel reception, CRM and vehicle records.
Sync range provided by WooCommerce OBERON Connector
- Transfer of customers from the WooCommerce e-shop to OBERON.
- Transfer of orders from the WooCommerce e-shop to OBERON.
- Transfer of stock cards and categories from OBERON to the WooCommerce e-shop (product names, variants, sales prices, stock levels, descriptions).
- Automatic conversion of foreign currency into the base currency in OBERON according to the current ECB exchange rate.
- Manual export of orders from the WooCommerce e-shop to XML format for their import into the agenda of issued invoices in OBERON.
Set the synchronization time interval
Synchronization is managed on the OBERON Center side via the Automatic Tasks function, where it is possible to define the synchronization scope and the regular time interval or the exact synchronization time. OBERON Center is part of the OBERON program – Company Agenda.
Data synchronization
All regular data transfers can also be started once, manually in the OBERON Center program.
- Import of all products and categories from OBERON to the e-shop. Existing products and categories are updated in the e-shop (names, prices, stock levels, variants), new products are imported as drafts so that they can be edited and finally published in the e-shop.
- Export of all customers from the e-shop to OBERON. New customers are added to the Business Partners section, existing ones are updated. The export does not take place separately, but is part of the export of orders from the e-shop to OBERON.
- Export of all new orders from the e-shop to OBERON. A successfully transferred order is assigned a synchronization date and time, which is displayed in the e-shop in the order list and in the order detail. This gives you an overview of which orders were successfully transferred.
Logs
Logs of synchronization between the e-shop and OBERON are displayed within the plugin interface.
To deploy the WooCommerce OBERON Connector:
1. Purchase a license for the system OBERON – Agenda firmy from EXALOGIC, s.r.o.
2. Buy and download the WooCommerce OBERON Connector plugin from our e-shop wooconn.sk.
3. Install the purchased plugin in your WooCommerce e-shop (Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin) and activate it after installation.
4. You can find the plugin settings here: WooCommerce > Settings > OBERON Connector tab.
5. Fill in all required fields:
- Purchase code – you will receive it after purchasing the plugin
- OBERON login and OBERON password
6. After saving the changes, set the synchronization methods (products, customers) in the other tabs of the plugin.
Procedure for defining automatic tasks in OBERON Center
After configuring the WooCommerce OBERON Connector plugin in your e-shop, it is necessary to configure the settings of automatic tasks in the OBERON Center program, which is a part of the OBERON – Agenda firmy.
1. Define all the automatic tasks you need for synchronization – in the OBERON Center, open the Automatic tasks tab and create these 3 tasks:
- Export the categories from OBERON to the e-shop:

2. After defining the tasks, start the server for regular automatic tasks. These will be carried out in the background of the OBERON Center program.
