WooCommerce ABRA Gen Connector is a plugin that synchronizes data between the WordPress WooCommerce e-shop and the ABRA Gen system at regular intervals. Customer and order data are exported one-way from WooCommerce to ABRA Gen, with the possibility of automatically generating advance invoices and issued invoices and sending them to e-shop customers. In the opposite direction, data on products, customers, order statuses or manually created advance invoices and issued invoices and their payment are imported. The data linked to the stock are synchronized bidirectionally, when importing orders, the stock is deducted by the ordered quantity of products.

Synchronization scope provided by the WooCommerce ABRA Gen Connector plugin

  • Transfer of customers from WooCommerce to ABRA Gen and vice versa.
  • Transfer of orders from WooCommerce to ABRA Gen with the option of automatic generation of deposit slips and issued invoices.
  • Transfer of advance invoices and issued invoices from ABRA Gen to WooCommerce, which are manually created in ABRA Gen based on transferred orders from the e-shop.
  • Automatic sending of ABRA Gen advance invoices and issued invoices to customers directly from the e-shop according to selected payment methods and order statuses.
  • Transfer of basic product data from ABRA Gen to WooCommerce (product names, sales prices, stock levels, dimensions, VAT rates).
  • Transfer of order statuses and payment of advance invoices and issued invoices from ABRA Gen to WooCommerce.

Setting the synchronization time interval

WooCommerce ABRA Gen Connector allows you to define a regular synchronization time interval in different intervals (5 min. or more), or once a day at a precisely specified time. If necessary, we can add additional options to the interval configuration.

One-time synchronization

Part of the functionality of the plugin is manual one-time synchronization, i.e. in case you need to immediately transfer data from one system to another, you choose the appropriate option from the menu and have it done.

  • Import of all products from ABRA Gen into the e-shop. Existing products are updated in the e-shop (names, stock levels, prices, etc.), new products are imported with the selected status (draft, published, etc.).
  • Import of only changed products from ABRA Gen into the e-shop. Products most recently changed in ABRA Gen are updated in the e-shop (names, stock status, prices, etc.), new products are imported with the selected status (draft, published, etc.).
  • Export of new orders from the e-shop to ABRA Gen. The successfully transferred order is assigned the synchronization date and time and the order number from ABRA Gen. This number is displayed in the e-shop in the list of orders and in the order details, thanks to which you have an overview of which orders have been transferred successfully. As part of the export of orders, it is possible to set them to automatically create deposit slips, tax deposit slips and invoices from them in ABRA Gen, and transfer their PDF print sets to the e-shop and send them to customers by e-mail.
  • Update of order statuses from ABRA Gen to the e-shop. You manage orders in ABRA Gen, changes to order statuses are reflected in the e-shop.
  • Import of all customers from ABRA Gen into the e-shop. Existing customers are updated in the e-shop, new customers are created.

Logs

Logs (records) of the synchronization between the e-shop and ABRA Gen are displayed within the plugin interface.

Procedure for deploying the WooCommerce ABRA Gen Connector plugin:

1. Purchase an information system license ABRA Gen from company ABRA Software a.s.

2. Purchase and download our WooCommerce ABRA Gen Connector plugin from our e-shop wooconn.sk.

3. Install the purchased plugin in your WooCommerce e-shop (Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin) and activate it after installation.

4. You can find plugin settings here: WooCommerce > Settings > ABRA Gen Connector tab.

5. Fill in all required information:

  • Purchase code – you will receive it after purchasing the plugin
  • ABRA Gen REST API
  • ABRA Gen company identifier
  • ABRA Gen login
  • ABRA Gen password
  • Synchronization scheduler – enter the synchronization time interval between your WooCommerce e-shop and the ABRA Gen system – either at regular time intervals or once a day.

6. Click the “Load data from ABRA Gen” button to establish and verify the connection to the ABRA Gen REST API. If the connection is successful, the plugin will offer you data from your ABRA Gen, which you can work with in the plugin settings.

7. After saving the changes, set the synchronization methods (products, orders, order statuses, invoices, customers, payments, shipping) in the other tabs of the plugin.

How to set up a cron job
